EXO Building Systems, Modular Building Systems, Method

What is EXO™?

What is EXO™?

The EXO™ Building System is a network of Panels that enables architects and developers to design a broad range of single and two-storey structures. Whether you're planning for a commercial project, classroom, show piece or base-camp, our composite technology can be customized to meet your specific need.

Each EXO™ Panel in our Building System is composed of four carefully selected layers of the best architectural materials available: impact-resistant shell, resilient steel frame, high-density closed-cell insulation, vapor barrier. These layers are fused together in a rugged composite structure to deliver superior performance and efficiency.

A Fundamental Difference

A Fundamental Difference

Unlike other building solutions, EXO™ Panels have a steel frame built into their core. This eliminates the need for an independent supporting structure and allows layers to work as a cohesive unit. The result is improved performance and long-term advantages in the key measures of construction methods:

  • Safety
Withstands powerful compression, flexion, sheering and high-impact forces
  • Water Repellence
    Prevents humidity transfer and seepage
  • Pest Resistance
Protects against insects and other pests
  • Controlled Quality
    Ensures consistent and predictable results
  • Modern Architecture
Modern aesthetic with more natural light
  • Design Flexibility
Allows for customization to create a 'signature' look and feel
  • Location
Enables you to build anywhere – on existing footprints or uneven ground
  • Time/Labour
    Assembles quickly with few workers
  • Investment
    Requires little equipment or training
  • Damaged Goods
Decreases waste and claims through compact and rugged design

Tested in an independent lab and approved by structural engineers, EXO™ Panels are designed to meet local building codes. They are suitable for any one or two-storey project, including residential, commercial and industrial endeavours.
